Our Professional Team at The Oaks is committed to the success of your event. From the planning, implementation and final wrap-up, we are here to serve you. We offer a variety of complete hassle free event packages to choose from or we will customize one to fit your needs.
Our 'Standard Outing Package' includes green fees, cart and range balls. Our Professional assistance includes on course contest set-up, customized rule sheets, scorecards and cart signage and a professional cart staff to assist you.
Whether it is a large charity event or just a group of 12 on a golf getaway, we work hard to ensure your complete satisfaction.

"I would like to thank Blaine Patin and the rest of his staff at The Oaks at Sherwood for all of their help during the 5th Annual Lorraine Ott Memorial Golf Classic benefitting Cancer Services of Baton Rouge. They helped structure the format of the tournament to maximize the competition, enjoyment, and integrity. They assisted us for the calcutta in providing a quality facility for players to dine, the ktichen for our sponsor to prepare dinner, and an overhead projector for the players to keep track of what teams were being purchased. One of the members at The Oaks, Donnie Chatelain, even donated his time and effort as the auctioneer for the calcutta. Their staff placed our hole signs on the appropriate holes. Their Food & Beverage manager worked constantly with us on keeping food warm, placement of tables and chairs, putting beverages on the course, and preparing proper space for our post tournament concert. With the amount of food, beverages, and entertainment that we have in our tournament, this assistance is invaluable. I have tried to hold the tournament at other sites in the past, but there is no comparison on how much easier it is on me and how much more efficiently it has run since we moved it to The Oaks.
