The Oaks 4 Ball

August 28^th & 29^th 2010

Format:

*Two Man Team Best Ball*

*Full Field consists of 64 Paid Teams*

*Waiting List will be started after 64 Teams*

*All Flights Pre-Flighted Based on Verified Handicaps*

*Handicaps will not be used within flights*

*Max Handicap Range between Partners is 8*

*Senior Flight/Green Tees    All Other Flights/Blue Tees*

Entry Fee:  $300 Per Team

Entry Deadline:  August 17^th

Tee Times Starting at 7:30 am Both Days

Entry Includes:

*2 Days Tournament Play with Cart & Range Balls*

*Tee Gift For Each Player*

*Lunch Saturday & Sunday*

*Soft Drinks & Beer On Course Both Days*

*Gift Certificates to The Oaks Golf Shop for Top 3 Teams in Each Flight*

*Calcutta Friday Night w/ Dinner (Soft Drinks & Beer Included) (6:30pm)*

*Optional Practice Round Competition Friday - $40 per team (payment and pre-registration required)*

(Practice Round Format:  Combined Stableford)

Tournament is open to Everyone……..Entry Fee $125 Per Player

Members of The Oaks will automatically receive a

$25 Golf Shop Credit with their entry!

Entry Fee Includes:

FUN, Golf 2 Days, LUNCH 2 Days, Prizes!

Prizes:  Based on 10 Teams Per Flight (Store Credit)

1^st     $1200

2^nd     $720

3^rd     $480

Pre – Flighted Based on Verified Handicaps

If You Don’t have an established Handicap,

 Please do not sign up unless you want to play in the Championship Flight

There will be a Calcutta Friday, July 23^rd @ 7pm

We will accept entries for a separate Senior Flight….All Players On The Team Must Be 65+

ALL OTHER PLAYERS WILL PLAY THE BLUE TEES

Cancelation Policy:*    All participants must be signed up for competition in the upcoming tournament by the Thursday @ 12:00, preceding commencement of the tournament.*    In the event a participant does not show up for play and has not cancelled, entry fee will be charged to their TOAS account.
